Mermaid card

Hello all, today's post for...

This month our challenge theme is to use you favorite technique. I went with two that I love which are copic coloring and ink blending.

I printed my image and colored it in with copics before fussy cutting the top part of my image. I then ran it through my cuttlebug with a die to get the stitching on the bottom. Using watercolor paper I used some distress inks to make the blue background, then die cut it with the same die cut. I added a peice of vellum, before adhereing it to the card base. For a little bling I put 3 starfish gems in the lower corner.

Don't forget to come to stop by Open Minded Crafting Fun blog and play along for your chance to win one of the wonderful prizes form our sponsors!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!!
