Triangle sending love card

Second card today. I feel I'm on a roll today! This card is going to be added to the Addicted to CAS

and Moxie Fab

blogs. You'll see I really got a lot of the inspiration from the photo. Which was easy to do since I love geometric patterns.

I used a scrap piece of paper I had lying around and stamped my triangles (Close to my heart) in four colors using memento dew drops. (Lady bug, Dandelion, Pear Tart and Bahama Blue) Then I die cut the word Love (Sizzix/ Stampin'up) out of another scrap and colored black using a copic. Once the word was on the card I stamped "sending" in black. Then I used clear wink of stella over the die cut word and covered it with Glossy Accents. Once the Glossy Accents were dry attached my card front to the base.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!

  1. I love this bright, fun card. The effect of the triangles falling is awesome (well that's what it looks like to me :) ) Great colours too! Thanks so much for playing along at ATCAS xx

  2. Love the shapes all over the card..fun idea!

  3. I love geometric patterns too, Monica ... and these tumbling triangles are fabulous! The bright, vibrant colours are a brilliant backdrop to the bold black sentiment! Thanks so much for coming by my blog and leaving me some sweet words ... it's much appreciated ... and meant I could come here and enjoy your creations! Anita :)

    1. Thank you Anita! You are sweet for stopping by too!

  4. I like your geometric design that also has some randomness to it! I love the bright, fun colours, too. Thanks for playing along with us at ATCAS :)
