I love mom with Joy Clair

Today's post is for a special post on Joy Clair blog for mom, be sure to check out what we all created. There are some beautiful cards on the post.

I started by stamping the the Wood background with white pigment ink on gray cardstock. I let it dry for a bit while I layered my pattern paper on the cardbase. Then die cut the word mom from the woodgrain cardstock. I used my misti to stamp I love you on the pattern paper and on the first M so the sentiment would line up properly.

Then I placed the die cut letters on the card using foam adhesive and added some chunks of glitter for sparkle. After die cutting the letters I still had the panel with the die cut word MOM, so I made a second card to use the panel. Picked some pattern paper so that it would show through the words. Layered all the papers, stamped a thanks sentiment and added some of the glitter to it to finish it.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
Monica
